- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible management. Food is good but cannot stand such selfish and arrogant owners. After regularly ordering from this location, for the first time I requested for condiments that are provided complimentary by other J's locations. To my surprise, the owner "Sukhi" informed that each costs $0.12 and he's only there to make money. Is it lack of respect, knowledge of customer service or simple arrogance? Whatever the case, I will now drive across town to get my pizza from the J's location on South Fraser Way. It's a shame franchisees are not vetted to ensure they can maintain your brand's name!By Jay, June 25, 2017
