When ordering at KFC you have to give the workers the benefit of the doubt. Especially during dinner rush. You have to expect to wait. That being said...This was the worst experience I've had at any KFC location. Terrible customer service. Couldn't understand simple phrasing if a simple question. Had to call another location to get an answer. Fries were cold and tasted horrible.

Staff is rude and slow. Having to wait 20 + mins in the drive-thru is not considered fast food!
