There is consistently half the flavors either empty or running low so it doesn't freeze properly. The toppings were also running low or missing. Only half the lights were turned on and the staff is not friendly.

No selection. Rude employees... lack of stock... melted ice cream... dirty location. I've been here 3 times and just cannot go back. My friends have had similar experiences. Compared to other menchie locations, this one is completely ruining the brand.
