I was late placing my very large order to do same day pick up, and when I called the store, the e-comm rep said to just put in the order, and she would push it through and have it ready for pickup after I got off work. When I arrived at the store everything was ready - all necessary substitutions were perfectly appropriate. The care and attention to detail did not go unnoticed!!
