Like all Tim Horton's it has hot coffee, and usually sold out on everything you want. Its very busy during lunch and morning rush. It's extremely busy on long weekends - Friday commuting out of Vancouver usually starting 4pm-9pm and CRAZY busy Sunday starting mid afternoon till mid evening.

Competent staff and a nice, open store layout. Not as cramped as a the typical store layout. Also possible to feed 3 people reasonably well for under $12 if you order smart.

Asked for a spicy chicken bacon wrap with chipotle instead of ranch. Received a mess of a wrap with lots of both sauces!

Quick, fast, and friendly as one would expect from a Tim Hortons franchise. Though the order take didn't really have a sense of humor. Perhaps too focused on the training. All good and understandable.
