  Went in on a Saturday morning around 10:30. Fairly slow, but the service was terrible and the cleanliness from what we could observe was sloppy. The cashier barely spoke above a whisper and forgot to give us an item. The sandwich maker forgot to add a condiment to a sandwich. One of the young people was putting drink bottles into the mini fridge behind the counter two at a time from a crate across the walkway leaving the door open for his co-workers to walk into. The area around the sink where they stir the creams in your coffee was splattered with spilled coffee. An easy job to wipe with a rag. Shocked to see a Tim's in this condition. Will not be going back to this location.

  Clean place...fantastic staff...especially Raymond...much more desirable people both in and outside the restaurant. It's nice to come and go without being accosted by beggers...and to use a bathroom not occupied by drug users...the Tim Horton's at Westoak Mall is horrible at times

  I love Timmy's. Don't get my wrong. But this location has been terrible. I've never order from the front end inside, but every. Singe. Time I order in drive true they get my order wrong. I'm sick of it and it's why I'm leaving this review. Please hire people that are capable of getting an order right. Because currently your staff is unimpressive. I won't be going here again. I'd rather go to the Esso across the street.

  Friendly & Helpful staff. Super Delicious Mocha Ice Caps. Fresh hot coffee. Nice clean establishment.
